Clean and jerks and sprints! Great combination. The heart rate will rise in a hurry for this one. The 400m is a Sprint not a Run. Give the "sprint" a little more effort than your standard "easy" pace around the block. For the clean and jerks pick a weight that will allow you to complete them unbroken (if possible) or in the least amount of sets as possible.  You can power clean these so lets get after it !!
